1. Who We Are
Brotherline is a volunteer-run peer support platform. We connect men who are going through challenges like grief, divorce, burnout, or loneliness with other men who have lived through similar experiences.
We are not a professional counseling service and not a crisis line. For emergencies, please call 9-8-8 (Canada Suicide Crisis Helpline).

Basic contact info: name (real or anonymous), email address, phone number (if you provide it)
Your area of concern: e.g., grief, fatherhood, depression
Preferred support type: one-on-one or group
Optional volunteer application info
We do not collect or store any sensitive medical or financial information.
3. How We Use Your Information

To match you with a peer volunteer
To send reminders or communication related to your session
To improve the way we offer support
To follow up with you (if you consent)
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
4. Confidentiality
Everything shared during Brotherline conversations (one-on-one or group) is confidential among participants.
However, in rare cases, if someone expresses that they are at serious risk of harming themselves or others, we may need to involve emergency or professional services to ensure safety.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your information is stored securely using trusted tools (e.g., Google Forms, email systems with secure access).
